Should you wish to purchase an item simply add the item to your shopping basket and then proceed to the checkout. We are able to accept payment by most credit cards and PayPal transaction.
Once we have received your order and cleared funds we will despatch your item and you will receive an email confirming this.
Using Royal Mail Special Delivery services in the UK, and International Signed For services overseas. Postage costs will not exceed the cost charges levied by Royal Mail and will be quoted at the time of your order. Appropriate packaging is provided free of charge, but delivery and Insurance costs will be the purchasers responsibility.
Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery, however, if I am attending fairs, then this could be slightly longer.
In the event of you buying an object of mine that has been sold prior to your purchase I cannot be held responsible for this unfortunate timing and your money will be returned to your account.
Whilst we will make every possible effort to ensure that our descriptions and the images we provide represent the item in full detail we will accept return items if you are unhappy with them in any way upon receipt. Our terms for this are that we require either an email or a telephone call notifying us that you intend to return within 2 days of receipt, informing us of the reason for the return. Simply Antiques then undertakes to refund the full price of the item less shipping and insurance costs once the item has been received by us in the condition in which it was supplied.
In the unlikely event of an item being damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a full description of the damage and return the item to us. On receipt of the item Simply Antiques will provide a full refund.
